Community Resources
Health Net Mobile RV Clinics
Partnerships are key to Health Net’s Success in increasing access to care for the communities we serve. We engage with state, county and local organizations to find needs of a given area. Our mobile crews then provide resources tailored to those areas.
In 2023, Health Net partnered with 42+ organizations to co-host over 177 events. Our three Recreational Vehicles (RVs) were placed at community events during the year to educate local communities of the importance of Medi-Cal Redetermination. We also offered free wellness screenings, preventative care, vaccinations, resources and more. Our screenings tested for sun damage, bone density, grip strength, glucose levels, cholesterol and more.

Health Net and Local Government Agencies
Health Net contracts with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide high quality, accessible, and cost-effective health care through managed care delivery systems. Our contract with DHCS requires us to build partnerships with third-party entities to ensure member care is coordinated and members have access to community-based resources in order to support whole-person care.
