A plan for every stage of childhood

Understand important milestones for your child, including their vaccination schedule.

0-6 months old

Congratulations on your new baby! Keep your baby healthy and track their growth. Schedule their well-care visits, which will include vaccines.

2 Months

Lifts head and smiles.
Vaccines: DTaP, Hib, IPV, PCV13, RV*, HepB*

4 Months

Holds head up and knows faces.
Vaccines: DTaP, Hib, IPV, PCV13, RV*

6 Months

Sits up and rolls over.
Vaccines: DTaP, Hib, IPV, PCV13, RV*, HepB*, Flu**

9-15 months old

Your baby is growing, starting to talk, and enjoys playing with people. Their well-care visits now also include vision and hearing tests, developmental testing, and dental screenings.

9 Months

Starts to talk and crawls.
Did your child miss a vaccine? That's okay, make an appointment and get back on schedule.

12 Months

Stands and sits on their own.
Vaccines: MMR, Hib, VAR, PCV13, HepA

15 Months

Walks well and drinks from a cup.
Vaccines: DTaP, HepA

18 months-3 years old

Your child is learning more every day. They're also on the move! During this stage, their doctor will want to check their blood pressure and vision.

18 Months

Climbs stairs, points at things.
Vaccines: Annual Flu vaccine**

2 Years

Names most familiar things, speaks in simple sentences, runs.

3 Years

Makes up stories, throws and kicks a ball, shows a range of emotions.

4-12 years old

Your child is growing up and can do more things by themselves. Stay on top of their preventative care visits, which include dental and behavioral health screenings.

4-6 Years

Tells stories, starts to read and write.

7-10 Years

Shows logic and decision-making, develops friendships.
Vaccines: Annual Flu vaccine**

11-12 Years

Makes friends and completes schoolwork by themselves, develops hobbies and interests such as art or sports.
