Health Net Vendor Compliance Program Information
As a Health Net vendor you must operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance specifically outlined in your contractual agreements with Health Net, including compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements. As part of Health Net's vendor monitoring and oversight activities, your organization will be subject to: submission of periodic compliance attestations, submission of evidence of compliance, and periodic audit by the health plan to validate that your organization is compliant. Health Net, LLC is a subsidiary of the Centene Corporation.
