Health Net and West Coast Wellness – a team of Nurse Practitioners, have partnered together to offer Health Net members a confidential, 1-on-1 visit with a pre-approved and credentialed West Coast Wellness Nurse Practitioner at your convenience. West Coast Wellness Nurse Practitioners are located across the State of California, are found in hundreds of clinics across the state, and are also conducting home visits on a regular basis. There is a chance they are also already working with your own Primary Care Provider as well.

A West Coast Wellness Nurse Practitioner will spend as much time as you need to discuss and review your clinical and non-clinical questions in order to complete the circle of care between you and your health care providers. Following the West Coast Wellness visit, recommendations can be made to both you and your doctor to ensure you get the most out of your encounter. This comprehensive health assessment prepares you for your next doctor visit through education, including disease prevention and early detection. With the information provided by a West Coast Wellness Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, you and your doctor can make the right decisions for your health and future.
